It’s Finals time!
This Sunday sees our Women’s side face off against the Mt Lofty Devils in the 2022 HFLW Qualifying Final.
Having finished in third position on the ladder at the end of the minor rounds, the Woods face off against the second placed Devils side for a change to progress to the second-semi final against Onkaparinga Valley.
In the two encounters between the sides in 2022, the Woods have succumbed on both occasions by 47 points in Round 2 and 17 points in Round 11. Both sides match up relatively even across the minor rounds with the Woods being the equal fourth ranked attack averaging 41.5 PPG compared to the Devils who average 52.8 PPG while in defence Blackwood has conceded on average 20.7 PPG compared to the Devils 14.5 PPG.
