As you may be aware, this year all clubs are utilising Play HQ as the registration and player management system, replacing Sportstg. Hopefully it is an easy transition but please follow the instructions below to avoid any issues with registration.
It is important to note the following if you have registered in previous years :-
- As it is a new system there is a profile match which will need to occur between the old and new systems. The email address used when last registering has been transferred across to Play HQ, so if your email has not changed since then, it will recognise the address and you will be required to click on “Claim Profile” which will merge the new and existing profiles.
- If you enter an email address different to the one the system is holding, you will need to click on the verify email button and you will be sent a code to enter and you will then need to click on the “Claim Profile” button to merge the profiles.
- If you are trying to register using a new email address and do not have access to your old email, you will need to click on the Contact Support button or contact the AFL Customer Service Team on the details below to receive assistance from PlayHQ to continue with the registration process. Unfortunately Blackwood Football Club does not have the access to amend these records.
