The Blackwood Football Club will have a strong interleague representative at this weekend’s carnival in Murray Bridge. Playing the River Murray Football League, the Division One HFL side is set to be coached by Damien Salievic and will feature four Woods players in the seniors: Daniel Bennetts, Phil Hopton, Brad Jones and Matt Waldron.
Not only is the Blackwood Football Club represented at seniors level, it is also represented at Under 18s level with four players also selected to play: Harry Bailye, Ethan Dinning, Luke Hocking and Sam Zevenboom.
The games will be played at Le Messurier Oval with the Under 18s from 11.10am and the Seniors from 3.00pm. The game will also be called via the HFL media team and can be listened to on HillsFooty.com
