The Blackwood Football Club Women’s side will be looking to return to the winners list when it hosts Happy Valley in Round 11 of the Division 2 Cinderella’s Commercial Cleaning Adelaide Football League.
The match is scheduled for first bounce at 5.30 pm following the completion of the Men’s A Grade match between the Woods and Barkeroos. The match will be a special occasion with the Woods running out in a special Indigenous guernsey.
The fifth place Woods will be looking to make amends for the result in the previous meeting between the sides in Round 3 when the Vikings secured a 114 point victory. On the day, Brie Medder booted the only goal for the Woods whilst Kelly Whitehead was awarded best player.
