The 2022 Police Credit Union Hills Football League Division One and Hills Football League Women’s fixtures have been released.
Division One Fixture
The Woods commence the 2022 campaign against the Lobethal Football Club at KX Pilates Blackwood Oval on Saturday April 2. It will be the first time which the Woods have met the Tigers in the opening round of the season with the Men’s side also looking to continue their outstanding opening round record having won 12 of the last 16 opening round matches by an average of 41.16 points.
The 2022 season will also see the Woods travel to the tight confines of Bridgewater for the first time in 11 seasons (will be 3,983 days between matches) whilst the red and green will also grace the turf of Summit Park for the first time in Round 8 against Mt Barker.

- ANZAC Round – Round 3 v Echunga at KX Pilates Blackwood Oval (Saturday 23 April)
- First time at Bridgewater Oval in 11 season – Round 4 v Bridgewater-Callington (Saturday 30 April)
- First time at Summit Park & Indigenous Round – Round 8 v Mt Barker (Saturday 28 May)
- Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend/Interleague (Saturday 11 June)
- State Country Championships at Whyalla (Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 July)
- Last home game – Round 17 v Mt Barker (Saturday 13 August)
- Grand Final – Saturday 17 September (Venue TBA)
Women’s Fixture
The Woods Women’s side commence the 2022 campaign against the Echunga Football Club at KX Pilates Blackwood Oval on Sunday April 3. It will be the first time which the Woods meet the Demons as it is their first time fielding a team in the competition. The Women’s side will be looking to make it their first victory in a row in the opening Round of the season having defeated Onkaparinga Valley and Flinders University in their last two opening round fixtures.
The 2022 season currently has matches scheduled for Sundays at 1.30pm however matches could be updated between clubs to be played on Saturday afternoons. Please keep an eye out for later advertisements of these changes.
