This Sunday sees our Women’s side take on competition newcomers the Echunga Football Club in Round 3 of the HFLW competition at KX Pilates Blackwood Oval.
The Woods will be looking to bounce back from last round having suffered a 47 point defeat to the Mt Lofty Devils in Round 2 with Brie Medder leading the way booting the sides two goals whilst Simi Dhaliwal was named best player.
Opponents Echunga who currently sit in seventh position on the ladder will be looking to be record their first ever victory having being defeated by Mt Barker in Round 1 and the Iron-Swans in Round 2. A fun fact from both matches is the Demons have kicked 21 points in both matches (3.3 in Round 1 and 2.9 in Round 2)
