The Blackwood Football Club has made one change to its line-up for this Sunday’s Semi Final clash against the Onkaparinga Valley Bulldogs at Uraidla Oval. Moe Milsom comes into the squad for the match replacing youngster Mat Tee who misses through injury. Milsom comes into the line up having had solid form in the B Grade across the season featuring in the better players in four of eight matches.

Speaking at training on Thursday evening, coach Ryan Anderson said the team was well prepared for the match. “The boys ticked off the boxes in terms of recovery early in the week and we had a good session this evening. They are looking forward to the challenge that comes this Sunday and are ready to bring 110% effort.”

For Daniel Lowe and the B Grade side, they have made three changes to the squad from last weekend. Coming into the line up are Mitch Cunningham, Mitch Trimble and Andrew Work with the side also playing against Onkaparinga Valley on Sunday afternoon. In the one meeting for the season, the Woods got the victory defeating the Bulldogs by 77 points at Balhannah Oval.

In the Senior Colts, they have named an extended squad which is going to be trimmed on Friday afternoon. Coming into the line up are star on-baller Sam Matters and speedy player Pat Winter. For Jacob Broad and his side, they come up against Nairne Bremer on Saturday morning at Mt Barker Oval with the winner progressing straight through to the Grand Final. In their one meeting during the season, the Woods got the chocolates by 23 points with Bailey Pedro being the star booting three majors to be named best player.
