The Blackwood Football Club would like to congratulate Olivia Smith who is set to make her SANFLW league debut this Saturday afternoon. The Coromandel Valley local is the second player from the all conquering 2018 Blackwood Under 16 Girls premiership side to make their SANFLW debut this season.
Olivia has been working extremely hard over the summer and at the start of the season doing extra sessions. After being on the emergency list for several weeks, Smith got the nod from selectors to make her debut this weekend against the top of the table Norwood Football Club. Smith joins fellow Woods player Zoe Venning in the side whilst Taylah Jayne has been named as an emergency.
The match gets underway this Saturday afternoon from 1.15 pm at Norwood Oval with a live stream also available on the SANFL website for those who have a digital pass. Congratulations Olivia!
